Petronaire Energy Limited is fully owned by Nigerians and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Petronaire Energy Limited is the energy trading arm of the Petracon Group. It is specialised in domestic operations in the oil and gas industry as relates to general trading of commodities, development, and management of energy resource infrastructure.
